Look Beyond the Banner
Open the whole offer card, not just the small banner. The terms should tell you when it starts, what counts, who qualifies, and whether you must join first.
A screenshot of the expanded conditions is worth keeping. If an offer later changes or disappears, the date and exact wording are far more useful than a cropped promotion.
- Visit the full terms panel.
- Write down the start and closing time.
- Look out for an activation control.
- Keep the offer name or ID.
Eligibility Is Account-Specific
Offers can differ between accounts. Region, account age, verification, membership, or an earlier claim may affect what appears on your screen.
Check eligibility before doing the qualifying task. A friend receiving the benefit does not mean your account will, and repeating an ineligible action is unlikely to help.
- Verify the account is in good standing.
- Read any first-time member restriction.
- See whether an invitation is needed.
- Read age and region conditions.
Activation and Progress
Look for a join or claim control before starting. Some offers count activity automatically; others record nothing until you activate them.
After joining, check for a confirmation or progress entry. If the number stays still, read the stated update window and your activity log before doing the same action again.
- Read progress at sensible intervals.
- Avoid duplicate submissions.
- Activate ahead of the eligible action.
- Keep the confirmation notice.
When an Extra Does Not Arrive
Work backward from the missing result. Match your activation time, qualifying action, deadline, and account status against the conditions you saved.
If the details line up, send support one concise report with the offer name, approximate time, activity entry, and readable image. Keep passwords and login codes private.
- Provide one detailed help request.
- Wait until the stated processing window ends.
- Read updates for a known delay.
- Save timestamps and reference numbers.
