Identify the Balance on the Screen
Identify whether the number shown is purchased credit, promotional credit, or another balance. The usage rules may differ.
Check expiry and spending priority if more than one balance appears. Do not assume the app will draw from the one you expect.
- Read the balance label.
- Read any expiry date.
- Read usage priority.
- Write down restricted categories.
Read the Item Details Before Confirming
Read the item or event price before confirming. Check fees, eligibility, and whether the action can be reversed.
The confirmation screen should show which balance is being used. Pause if it does not match the terms you read.
- Read quantity and total price.
- Look out for recurring terms.
- Stop if the total changes.
- Confirm the exact item.
Look at Account History After Purchase
After a purchase or use, compare the new balance with the activity entry. A pending entry may take time to settle.
Save the transaction reference until the amount and status line up. Do not repeat a payment because the screen loads slowly.
- Recognize a pending status.
- Avoid send a duplicate.
- Keep the confirmation.
- Match balance and log.
Report Credits That Are Missing or Wrong
For missing credit or an incorrect deduction, note the balance before and after, time, item, and reference number.
Ask support one precise question with the account-safe record. Leave full payment details and login codes out of the report.
- Save secret credentials out.
- Look over the signed-in profile.
- Choose the transaction reference.
- Show the before-and-after balance.
