Know What Each Status Usually Means
Submitted means Audi has recorded the request. Pending or reviewing means checks remain; sent may mean a provider has it.
Read the labels in your own account because methods can use different wording. Save major status changes if timing becomes an issue.
- Submitted is not finished.
- Read the current exact label.
- Write down when the status updated.
- Keep the request reference.
Why the Timing Can Vary
Verification, account-name matching, provider hours, currency, limits, weekends, and holidays can all change the estimate.
A wrong destination or missing document can pause the process. Look for an action notice rather than waiting without checking.
- Double-review the destination information.
- Count the provider's business days.
- Look out for an action request.
- Read verification status.
While the Request Is Still Pending
Keep the reference and check the activity entry at reasonable intervals. Do not send a duplicate while the first is open.
If verification is requested, complete it through the verified account. Ignore promises to speed things up in exchange for a code or payment.
- Respond via official pages.
- Ignore offers of paid acceleration.
- Do not submit the request again.
- Read the activity log without constantly refreshing it.
When It Is Time to Ask for Help
Ask for help when the posted range has passed, an action cannot be completed, or the provider shows a conflicting result.
Send the reference, time, latest status, method, and masked destination in one ticket. Ask a clear question and follow the same thread.
- Follow one support thread.
- Allow time for the published period.
- Share only masked destination information.
- Include the current status.
